- Hi I am Scott Foushee I was born and raised in Newport Arkansas and never wanted to leave the Arkansas Delta. At the early age of 13, I started working on a farm during the summers until I went to college. I attended Arkansas State University. I had the opportunity to take several real estate classes. With a great partner the farming operation grew to 2200 acres in a few years but in 2014 Janet and I knew it was time to get out of farming so we rented out our land and slowed down to just one job.
