Hello I am Brayden Welch, born in Jonesboro, Arkansas. I am married to my best friend, Robin Welch, who is an Insurance Agent with Backroads Insurance Company that is also associated with the Mossy Oak Properties office in Cave City. We have 3 children and we live in Cave City, AR. After growing up on a farm with my parents I realized that the outdoors is where I want to be! As a child I drove tractor, watered rice and beans along with all other jobs that comes with being a farmer. I am also a hunter which comes with me enjoying the outdoors! I have grown up working along side my parents all my life helping with everything from row crop, poultry houses to real estate and Insurance but my passion is real estate. I was a first time homebuyer in 2020 and the process was overwhelming in the beginning with me not knowing where to start. Thankfully I had my parents there to guide me along the way and the process was so easy. This is one thing I will enjoy is helping young adults in the first time home buying or first time farmer loan process! I have been working for Mossy Oak Properties Strawberry River Land & Homes along side my parents for the last 6 years just not as an agent but now I am an agent and fell this is where I am meant to be.
